Through
the Victory Race Series, the Old Mutual Foundation's strategy is to increase
the number of platforms available to local athletes, as well as to improve
their athletic skills.
The 2014 races once again provided aspiring
athletes with a platform to unlock opportunities for sponsorship and
professional training. Conducted in 4 legs countrywide, covering North, South,
Central and Coast, close to 20 012 athletes have participated in the races since
inception in 2001.
