Through this training intervention 278 school
principals have completed the training material that has helped them to
understand
and lead themselves more effectively
effectively
build teams to produce results
deliberately
apply skills to get the job done
build
character to sustain and ensure the pressure of position, failure and
success and understand the importance of prioritized relationships and
balanced lifestyle.
The leadership training has positively impacted the schools they lead and subsequently the Grade 10 and 12
results improvement speaks volumes for the substantive programmes
developed by our partner in this project, the Africa Leadership Institute.
